It would appear that most of the legislation allowing conriled discharges of sewage comes from Tory governments. Particularly the most recent where The Tory party voted to continue the dumping.

This diagram illustrates why I think giving cyclists and pedestrians the right of way on a roundabout is flawed. At the bottom of the diagram a red car approaches the roundabout. The cyclist on the left is well within the field of view of the driver.
However, as the car exits the roundabout it is possible a cyclist or pedestrians’ approach from the left is in the drivers blind spot.

Performed on Sunday by partially deaf Moroccan singer Zak Able and Alexis Ffrench a composer and champion for music in education. It was for me the highlight of the night. A perfect match of artistry and technology. And show casing the reason why investment in the arts and music in education is vital. The power of the message and the audience it reaches are more than any other medium.
